Preparing reports is fast and straight forward, with clear layouts and customisable options. Support for queries etc has always been fast and efficient
1). Action lists and other forms where multiple approvals are needed do not give you an action block in your main screen; you need to use your email or in-app mail. 2). possibility to store slightly larger documents, like ppt files bigger than 32 MB. 3). Divide rights on an individual level; at this moment this is not yet possible. Sometimes there are more user groups needed in order to mitigate the corrects rights;

No UK based agents, all support for us is done through Canada so sometimes timing is an issue. Due to our inexperience with the software package, when we set the initial menus etc up for our local operations it was a bit cumbersome and we now would find it difficult to 'revise' or 'reformat' the original structure.
