Easy to set up, great customer service.
CSM responsiveness is great. We get answers almost immediately. It's really commendable . Among the best of all the vendors I work with.
Analytics are surface level, bulk edits are a click-fest and I don't like the mobile app UI.
Customization could be better. But the team always addresses our needs overall.
A lot of the things we want to change need to be done on the CRM side. there isn;t a lot of flexibility on the integration side.

The content library and guided learning paths cut down on "where do I find that deck?" questions, and deal registration flows actually get used because the UI nudges reps at the right time. reporting is decent for top-line activity but i'd like DEEPER DRILL DOWNS, AND EASIER CUSTOM DASHBOARDS. Some menus feel click heavy and bulk updates are still a chore. Mobile experience is "works in a in a pinch", not daily driver. Support is friendly and usually helpful, though response times stretch across time zones now and then.
