The standout feature is the easy organization of the necessary content into courses which makes it easy to navigate for new joiners. The interface and UX is pretty intuitive too.
1. Stats Area: I didn't find this as intuitive as the rest of the platform. It can take a little longer to find what you are after compared to how easy other areas are to navigate. 2. Team Management: Adding someone to a new team and back-assigning them to previous courses is a bit of a manual process, but I think I may have just set this up incorrectly. 3. Settings Overload: It seemed like there were a lot of settings on each object so sometimes it felt a bit overwhelming when you just want to list something quickly.
Some weaknesses are within the design elements of this service. While I am not the most creative person, I noticed limitations in the UI as far as design goes. The most eye catching design we could use were smart panels and those tended to break often. While we have it fixed for now, it was a hassle to go through.
The only main issue I can find so far is that the video player is not up to snuff. Admittedly, I'm used to video players in a non-business context, YouTube, for example, but I found that the video player functionality is miles behind that of YouTube, what with the thumbnails when scrubbing through the video and the other features that it has.

Allegofrom the user perspective is a great and hollistic platfomr for an elearning. The access, navigation and progess in the trainings are really easy and smooth to manage.
