Nice team, always ready to help. But there's nothing I like about the product itself.
I like that they are always iterating upon their product and keeping up with the customer's demands. An excellent example of this is their AI investments this year. It wasn't for the sake of having AI, but has signficantly cut down my time and improved my training capabilites for my team.
1. Stats Area: I didn't find this as intuitive as the rest of the platform. It can take a little longer to find what you are after compared to how easy other areas are to navigate. 2. Team Management: Adding someone to a new team and back-assigning them to previous courses is a bit of a manual process, but I think I may have just set this up incorrectly. 3. Settings Overload: It seemed like there were a lot of settings on each object so sometimes it felt a bit overwhelming when you just want to list something quickly.
Difficulty to use. Difficult complex integrations. Old feel to the platform and functionalities
I think the Conversation Intelligence feature and functionality can improve. It's a hard sell against their competitors although we were able to get our leadership team on board due to cost. For storing our calls, we're happy; but when it comes down to analytics, coaching, and navigation, I would prefer to see improvement.

I think overall, the AI Role Play is incredible. It feels like you are talking with a real person and allows you to Role Play any scenario you can come up with. It has so many possible applications for our field of sales and marketing. The Allego team has been amazing to work with. They are responsive, and quick to jump on a call and help us find a solution to our question. Best Sales Enablement Platform in the Industry
We are incredibly pleased with the product and the support. Our customer success partner, is exceptional. Our users are big fans of Allego. Overall, it was a great experience. Update: Allego continues to be an outstanding partner. We recently expanded our Allego coverage to include 500 field service team members. Within a few short months, I have received positive comments about how much they like Allego and how it has improved their lives.
