Ease of locating content in our database - Great to see when things were last updated and whether they can be shared externally. Being able to curate your own content spaces - always me to find something once and keep it somewhere I can quickly get to it. Its reporting metrics of when and how many people are interacting with the content that we send out.
It is good for sales reps to have a central place to share content using their digital sales rooms. This is much better than sales reps sharing content via email.
Highspot has a few standout features/functionality: - Salesforce Integration: This allows me to quickly pull up any information, one-sheets & resources that I can quickly attach in sales follow up when progressing an opportunity directly in SF. The time saved is huge! - Consolation of cross-department resources: Highspot gives me visibility into marketing campaings & competitve intelligence and allows for quick access whenever I need an answer in my GTM role. - Source of Truth for Revenue Enablement & Resources: Having a centralized spot for any resource that is pre-approved to share with customers is huge. This eliminates any internal red tape, and allows me to move quickly to focus on revenue generating activities.
Sometimes search results bring back very broad options - can be a little tricky to navigate when using common phrases. It does not specify in detail who opened some of the content from a high level - just notifies you that it was opened and then you need to go into the highspot platform to check. Sends out a lot of emails of people opening it, can be a little overkill at times.
Poor user interface that feels outdated and not intuitive. A lot of work for administrators and difficult to find content for sellers.
AI search and functionality could be better. The platform seems like it is lagging in AI adoption and implementation.

Highspot helps in easy finding of relevant enablement content including sales decks, reference documents via tagging, categorization and search. It also provides valuable visibility on what resonates well with prospects and what is less effective to refine messaging.
