Allego has been really useful for onboarding our commercial hires. Giving them something interactive that tracks their progress is so much more engaging than slide decks and process guides. We use it to train our GTMs, from initial product ideation through to assessment quizzes and demos. Having AI built into the platform has saved us so much time and allows us to easily try new ways of spotting knowledge gaps across the team. Being able to record video responses to different sales scenarios has given everyone a low-stakes environment to get comfortable with any new messaging before speaking to prospects.

Nice team, always ready to help. But there's nothing I like about the product itself.

The AI practice capabilities in general which are included in our normal licensing agreement and the fact that they continue to enhance these regularly.

1. Stats Area: I didn't find this as intuitive as the rest of the platform. It can take a little longer to find what you are after compared to how easy other areas are to navigate. 2. Team Management: Adding someone to a new team and back-assigning them to previous courses is a bit of a manual process, but I think I may have just set this up incorrectly. 3. Settings Overload: It seemed like there were a lot of settings on each object so sometimes it felt a bit overwhelming when you just want to list something quickly.

Difficulty to use. Difficult complex integrations. Old feel to the platform and functionalities

1. Limited options for Channel/page design (or we aren't aware of ways to increase the look and feel and end user navigation). 2. The Qcard functionality is very basic and does not have many options available for question formats. 3. We'd like the ability to do multi-person simulations to replicate our complex sales finals scenarios.

    Implementation Support Strong but Channel Design and Qcard Features Need Improvement

    We received excellent support during the implementation phase with Allego. The rep that helped us onboard was excellent. Since then, we have regular touch points where we can ask questions, get issues resolved and learn about new features. The vendor has also been adding new capabilities at a fast pace; things that have really made a difference in our experience with the tool.

    I think overall, the AI Role Play is incredible. It feels like you are talking with a real person and allows you to Role Play any scenario you can come up with. It has so many possible applications for our field of sales and marketing. With the new screen sharing implementation on exercises, it allows us to utilize these Role Plays for even more systems and scopes than we first thought possible. The Representative has been a stellar partner. He is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in breaking down our system and teaching us on the ways to integrate. He is a valuable asset to your company and we are privileged to get to work with him.

    Team Responsiveness Appreciated While Platform Design Limits Group Engagement Features

    The Allego team has been amazing to work with. They are responsive, and quick to jump on a call and help us find a solution to our question. The platform itself has limitations and forces us to organize our material in a less organized way than we would like. It also doesn't have a function for my group to have dialog with each other which would be super beneficial.
