The ability to get consistent insight into my engineers across the organization, their work process during sprint execution. This allows me to identify potential process or resource bottle necks, identify teams and individuals that may be excelling in a particular activity and learn from them to raise the bar for the rest of the organization.

We have tried some other scrum / agile management tools, and some tools are very heavy to use. We are a mid sized company and prefer to achieve the objective of both efficiently tracking team progress from leadership team perspective, also we want to make the status update light weighted for team members. Allstacks platform tracks project status and risks with minimal efforts of team members, compared to other similar products.
The roster of contributor maintenance process is a bit clunky, as resources change teams their data travels with them which can be beneficial for individual insight but makes the new team data cloudy.
It is good for small to medium size value streams
Some advanced features are missing compared to other platforms, 1. Integration with other tools, like bug tracking system, code change system and other workflow software; 2. Reporting: sometimes different department in the company needs more flexible and easy to customized reporting function; 3. Analysis function: besides reporting itself, if could provide some insights about project risks and recommendations, it will be great.
