The customer support is a great feature, and they're reliable. 3. It's a good value for its cost as well. I have the basic version and have been surprised with how much data I was able to analyze.

The trial access and onboarding process has become less straightforward, requiring manual approval. Additionally, some features feel slightly hidden or lack detailed documentation, which may be slow down users.
