Appello implemented in CS core collateral management system and during last three years we run together several smaller projects improving the solution. Vendor successully steered the project with our integrator Unicorn and all issues were finally overcome. Since project implementation we have very good relationship; vendor is supporting us in further enhancement of product and is reliable source for all our needs (bugfixings, ad hoc anaysis, change management process).

    new products and updates should be constantly introduced

    introduction of new products and presentations were seen as positive , lack of free trainings/education, contact with sale representative was fine and seen by responsible personel as good, would put more focus on positives of what new application / upgrade can bring you compared to older versions, also mention some case studies e.g. impementation of new system improved something, saved some money to bank, prevent something etc.
