Minimal Industry-Specific Capabilities: Though LR offers many features in the DXP, there are not many ready-made solutions for logistics. Whihc means we need customization to make it work. 3. Limited AI Functionality: LR lets customers link and access their personal AI token accounts for AI-driven experiences. No out of the box AI capabilities without this integration

1. The product does not offer much in the way of OOTB reporting to satisfy user management. For instance, ability to identify users who have not logged in during the past 90 days, or the ability to find all users who belong to a specific role broken down by customer account. 2. Reliance on expensive professional services team to supplement support. 3. Online resources such as training, KB articles, and forums are lacking
