“Collaboration Platform Simplifies Use but Struggles With Message Organization and Noise”
Easy to use and useful for team collaboration outside of the office, but comes across as basic in what it can do. It can also become messy to maintain chats in the sidebar and I feel other chat based apps work much better overall.

The Scalability and reliable performance, and a wide range of cloud services that support AI, data, and application deployment efficiently.
The ease of use, anybody can pickup and use. It can also be customised easily so I can manage notifications and organise channels as I wish. The fact that the platform has a search function is also extremely useful as without it items would be lost completely.
API Integration & custom bot, these are the 2 powerful tools which we as a business have leveraged by building our own custom bots which do many of the manual jobs such as collecting employee satisfaction survey, helping our employees to stay updated with the relevant information by taking from web & summarizing.
Coast Management and configuration of some advanced services can be complex to new users.
Keeping track of all messages and the flow of said messages means important updates can be missed. I feel that sometimes information can get lost in all the different channels and even with the search function things are hard to find. Notifications can also become a distraction and you're constantly filtering where they came from was it work related or a social conversation etc
The option I dislike the most is not having the option to have a self chat which would become handy if I wanted to text myself and keep a few things handy with me.

We had an event where legal had us put an indefinite hold on all messages (email, IM, etc) and now that has just become the standard. Would like to compare what other organizations are doing and try to get us back to something that doesn't hold messages forever.

Does anyone have experience with Slack Sales Elevate or Slack AI? If so, did you see any productivity improvements, specifically for Sales? We are looking at Sales Elevate for a few specific use cases: (1) Deal Desk efficency improvements; (2) Summaries of changes made to opportunities for sales leaders; (3) Account planning (there are collaborative templates in Sales Elevate which you can configure to meet your org's needs).
