It looks great!
The unified interface provides the level of expectation with consistency across every commonly used device. From a support standpoint, this increased the value of our digital strategy from ease of use.
It's a hefty price tag to pay up-front; but worth it in the end.
Very little is included in base contract. Everything you ask for has a price tag attached. Even the EVE product has qualifications about what is not included.
On various occasions, disruption of service has been an ongoing issue with sporadic outages lasting from minutes to an hour (no actual downtime but rather a failure to consistently connect). Although they are aware when this occurs, it still presents a challenge in addressing concerns related to online banking account management.

The level of support is standard but having both a dedicated RM and CEM are a definite advantage in aligning our business strategies with the digital channels.
