The one thing I like best is probably how no SDK or device enrollment is required to use it.
Overall flexibility of their platform and the many ways we can leverage to create composite functionality in our implementation.

It's minor but there are a lot of workflow improvements that could be made in the admin system (EASE). While we do have a lot of unique aspects of our particular use cases, where we do have typical ones I can see a lot of friction points in how EASE works. They have definitely been making steady improvements, but I think there's a lot more that could be done.
