I like how easy it is to design and launch complex business applications quickly, due to the drag and drop interface in the platform. The platform is especially helpful when the workflows are complex or have a lot of variability in them, which is another thing I like about this tool. Additionally, I like the compliance and security features that this tool offers, including the audit logs and user role management - this is important for my organization to be able to deploy the platform as widely as it has.

While the UI is helpful in some ways, there isnt as much design flexibility or even modern approach in the UI as other tools that I have seen. Also, I sometimes experience a lag in the paltform when I am interfacing with an especially complex application. Another thing I wish the platform had was more out of the box pre built templates for specific industries and verticals.
