good instructions and great communication from the vendor
What I liked most about the product was how modular the choices were for migrating what we needed. We needed to move specific teams accounts, not groups, and while most information out there moved the whole group. This did what we needed.
Very intuitive UI, making the application really easy to use Great support provided I love the user mapping picker; rather than having to manually type out the source and destination users, you can start typing the first letter and all matches will be shown to choose from

So, first and foremost, the service. Customer service seems a bit on the slow side. There could be many reasons for this so take that with a grain of salt. However, it took a decent while before we could try the app. As for the app itself, I didn't like the fact that the transfer populated into the Admin being used as the source and destination for the private chat. I also didn't like that the teams users option wasn't clear. Private chat sounds global, but when you have the option for teams, and we just want the user. Well I went to that first on both the manual and the app. Extra time was wasted when it didn't need to be.
Only one migration can be run at a time, but you can install the application on a different PC in order to carry out another migration

Teams history migration made simple!
Migrated Microsoft 365 Teams user private chats, as required, with ease. Mapped all of the information from the old tenant to the new and sorted it all with the original timestamps/links/files etc all automatically migrated to point to the new tenant and sharepoint/onedrive locations. Very simple to use and effective, gets the task done exactly as marketed.
