What I liked most about the product was how modular the choices were for migrating what we needed. We needed to move specific teams accounts, not groups, and while most information out there moved the whole group. This did what we needed.

So, first and foremost, the service. Customer service seems a bit on the slow side. There could be many reasons for this so take that with a grain of salt. However, it took a decent while before we could try the app. As for the app itself, I didn't like the fact that the transfer populated into the Admin being used as the source and destination for the private chat. I also didn't like that the teams users option wasn't clear. Private chat sounds global, but when you have the option for teams, and we just want the user. Well I went to that first on both the manual and the app. Extra time was wasted when it didn't need to be.
Only one migration can be run at a time, but you can install the application on a different PC in order to carry out another migration
