pricing, limited advanced and reporting customization, integration complexity
Pricing was not clear to us at the beginning, until the last moment we didn't know if it was going to be in our budget or not We needed support at one point and it was not as immediate as it could At first, the integration with our CRM was hard, but this could be mostly to our systems and not related to Apptimize
Honestly, I can't think of any dislike for the product. The only minor drawback is that it has lot of features to explore, which might overwhelm the user at first. But once he gets a hand over it, then everything becomes much smoother.
