Search, view, and download functionality works very well with proper metadata setup and user training. Uploading and tagging functionality works very well and is easy for the user to complete those tasks. Aprimo needs to have stronger dashboard functionality and the ability for an admin to edit. We have to pay Aprimo to modify the OOTB dashboard, which is not ideal in an ever-changing digital environment. Concierge Support takes a very long time to complete simple to moderate requests.

Learning curve is steep.
Dashboard limitations -- system admins should be able to modify the dashboard without assistance from Aprimo support. Concierge Support -- room for improvement with the speed of Concierge completing requests. Separate SOW to setup SSO claims -- this should be included in the SSO implementation, not a separate cost line item. Sharing through public links needs to allow bulk sharing.
Products and services seem a little costly. Full AI package is not included in the original package and need to buy seperatly. Support through service now can be improved
