Dashboard limitations -- system admins should be able to modify the dashboard without assistance from Aprimo support. Concierge Support -- room for improvement with the speed of Concierge completing requests. Separate SOW to setup SSO claims -- this should be included in the SSO implementation, not a separate cost line item. Sharing through public links needs to allow bulk sharing.
Legacy Asset ingestion is taking longer as planned. Smart tagging not really helpful Online storage capacity is limited. Should definitely be increased.

We have to pay Aprimo to modify the OOTB dashboard, which is not ideal in an ever-changing digital environment.
