I believe that the tool has good flexibility but I think the safe guards in the way you can customize actually help to promote a better tool experience making sure you don't make decisions that could hurt you later down the line but also giving you the ability of what you need to do. I said above, but their services & people are exceptional
The product is highly configurable allowing it to meet various requirements.
Simple platform for users that covers multiple risk domains at once.
I think it can be hard to run a truly automated workflow without a human in the middle. I think their new MCP AI will change that
Because it's proprietary OEM there is a limited pool of skilled resources to implement and configure it.
I would not say dislike, however the user interface can be improve (look and feel).
