The integration with Chrome as an extension makes creating content very easy. It is way faster to use them some of their competitors.
What we loved about Arcade: 1. The ease of screen recording. You just hit CommandE and you are up and running - it becomes second nature after a moment to use it for anything that you'd like to show to someone 2. The ease of source material edition. Arcade is very good at pre-editing the source material for you - for most simple use cases the AI just guesses what you want to show based on the description of actions you take in the video and you can ship the explainer with minimal edits. 3. Customization options. Once you become a power user, Arcade shows a lot more potential. The tips and tricks are easy to learn and after making the first couple you can already venture into more creating use cases for the product, such as exporting voiced over videos of your product.
Their support is amazing. They've also put a lot of thought into their user capabilities and needs.
Some of the AI functionality they offer, like AI voice overs, are a little bit challenging to get to a point where you can use it with customers.
It shows sometimes that Arcade is an early-stage product - some features that are an obvious add-on have not been developed yet and may require some creative circumnavigation. Nothing that would stand in the way of getting a very high value out of the product.
It's a new product, so in order to onboard a new team member into our account, we have to manually submit their email or salesforce ID and an Arcade team member will then manually create their profile. It's not a big deal and something they are looking to enhance.

Impressive Demo and Reliable Service from Budget-Friendly Product
Customer support was helpful & the demo was impressive for us. With the usage of Arcade, we are able to have a cost cutting of 20%. Product deployment was a bit of a hustle bustle as getting all our team members acquainted with the product took some time. This product is useful for our nursing team to engage with patients and demonstrate. In my experience, it is important to have an arcade for demos to boost sales. I am satisfied with the functionality it offers with the pricing.
