Arcserve is best tool for backing up and replication of data. it does realtime replication without slowing down a system. Howerver, its interface isn't easy to use and a bit confusion to new users. Overall its good option to use in your business for better and reliable service. But during failback, it takes too long in integrity checking depending upon your data. 300 GB tooks more then 1 hrs.

This product has been great for physical server backups for a long time. They have started adding features to better support virtual environments and recovery and offer cloud services. The management is very smooth and it's very competitive compared to concurence. Even though I used it, Arcserve launched the restoration and the data integrity was good.
