Speed of performance is really good.
There are not a lot of features that I like about this software, but I can say that the journalling does seem to be very consistent. I will also give them the benefit of the doubt, while slow, they are improving the solution year over year.
On premises directly to cloud. scale storage growth to the cloud store date directly in GovCloud solutions and more.
Customer service is slow and it takes a long time to resolve issues.
Features such as folder sync do not work consistently. Our customer rep is very friendly, but does not offer much support or help with the product. The company appears to be going through a big reorg and I'm not confident that they understand their roadmap for the future.
