They offer a good selection of features, but the pricing model is complex and you need to know a lot about the features and packs that they offer. It's better to have everything in one package and then instead scale up or down based on users.

Great system, hard to get started

It was a good experience and exceptionally great support from the ARIS team. However, the system sometimes works slow and experiences downtime. Also, the system requires hard work when getting started, but works well when it is implemented.
