Straightforward in the workflow to import excel questionnaires and get responses to it.
Arphie integrates seamlessly with workflows across various teams including Product, Eng, Security and Legal. Rather than reaching out to different teams for info, we simply connect to the designated files and folders for regular access and updates. From there, Arphie uses AI to pull the necessary data to respond to RFPs and questionnaires automatically. This eliminates the need to track down colleagues across the org, saving us a significant amount of time.
Arphie was really easy to set up and get value from immediately. They have an import function to bring in the content library from other legacy RFP tools and it's really to connect with other internal sources to supplement. The whole process took an hour or two to migrate from another system. Once Arphie was set up, answering RFPs through Arphie was like magic. It gave us an awesome first draft for the team to get started on.
Our management would like to see more analytics and approval chain on the platform
N/A haven't seen any issues. Sometimes there are minor interface bugs but the team fixes them in a matter of hours, if not minutes.
I think the software is overall great. There were some some minor suggestions that we made and the Arphie team implemented them within a few days..
