Our overall experience with Inventive AI has been excellent. It has fundamentally changed how we approach RFP responses by dramatically reducing turnaround time while improving response quality. The product feels modern, reliable, and purpose-built for real-world RFP workflows.

Inventive stands out because it is truly AI-native. Unlike legacy RFP tools with AI layered on top, Inventive deeply understands context across documents and generates high-quality, relevant responses. It feel like it was designed specifically for RFPs from day one, which shows in both accuracy and ease of use.

The confidence scoring feature allows our team to quickly identify which AI generated answers have strong internal documentation backing them. If the info is not in our library, the tool flags the gap rather than guessing, which is essential for legal risk mitigation.

Pros :- The AI Strategic agents are the standout feature here. They pull external data to help my team identify with themes and competitor weaknesses early in the process, whcih has shifted our RFP responses from generic submissions to more strategic documents.

There is very little to dislike. If anything, more advanced analytics and reporting would be a valuable next step as the product continues to mature.

We would benefit from more granular permission levels when we need to grant temporary access to external auditors.

The reporting dashboards are functional, but I would appreciate more granular insights into how specific content gaps are impacting our overall win/loss ratio
