It has made my life easier when responding to RFPs. The best part is how it uses previous RFP responses as well as AI to insert initial responses. Then as I review and update the responses, I can easily assign it to other owners who might have more knowledge on the topic and to final reviewers. It has made the whole RFP response process easier, more organized and quicker.
What I like about AutoRFP: The project management aspect of adding teams to the system, tagging them, and then being able to see and Project Manage their progress in the Project Manager Tab. The ease of moving a project forward between numerous collaborators with just a click of a button versus passing documents around the team old school, which was very time-intensive. The Learning Center and quick access to the live team when needed. This role moves quickly and since we are working with a leaner team, sometimes questions need super-fast responses - the AutoRFP team is very fast at responding.
The automation and AI matching features are incredibly accurate, especially the ability to pull from past responses and recommend the best answers instantly.
At this time, I really don't have anything I truly dislike. However, here are a few items that I have noticed: - It takes up a lot of memory as an open tab in Chrome. If I leave it open for awhile, I notice that the whole browser performance is negatively impacted. - If our product does not have the functionality requested in the RFP, AutoRFP recommends we build it. While I appreciate the advice, it is typically not something we will do because of an RFP question. If we do do it, we will not do it prior to submitting the RFP. - When applying a filter to look for something, when clearing the filter, it takes me back to the first page instead of the page I was on when answering a question. Not a big deal, but was trying to think of a third dislike for this question
The inability to export specific SME questions separately from the entire project, the potential that AI is moving faster than some of the LLMs this tool sits on, and the adding of content to a project once it is started - I would like it to integrate into one project versus separate files.
There is a small learning curve when it comes to setting up content libraries, but once that is configured properly, the system runs smoothly.
