Honestly, nothing. The AI messaging was ineffective to put it lightly, disjointed, robotic and did not match any of the messaging we put into the tool.
There was no integration with Salesforce, this made it impossible for us to ensure that our current partners would not receive messaging through the tool. Throughout the sales process, integrating with ssalesforce was not mentioned as being a problem buyt it ended up being the biggest hinderance to getting Artisan set up. There was a work around we were going to implement that night have fixed it but with the frustration over it and the poor messaging it was not worth our time.

Artisan was a complete bust, the product did not perform as promised and the customer service was extremely disappointing. We ended up cancelling our trial with them after the first month.
