I appreciated Asland was not pushy with their technique. To me, the approach was, we have a proven model which I'd describe as the fundamentals and if you think you have a better way, then don't change. This approach was much more effective than saying you are required to start asking x questions. People who have an interest in becoming better and being the best will always listen to new ways to get better.
