The representative demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism in facilitating the multi-day training sessions. She consistently maintained a high level of engagement across the entire team by thoughtfully tailoring the training content to align with our specific industry and business context. This customization not only enhanced the relevance of the material but also fostered meaningful participation from all of the attendees. In addition to her effectiveness during the formal sessions, she made a concerted effort to connect with team members on a personal level. She engaged with individuals both during and outside the scheduled training - informal conversations over breaks, lunches, dinners and after the training had concluded. These efforts contributed significantly to a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, and her ability to build rapport with participants greatly enriched the overall experience. beyond average training.

I love the other-centered approach to selling and definitely see how it helps us position ourselves as trusted partners to our customers.

The ability to customize the program, the content and interactive delivery of the sessions, the ability to allow the session to move in its own direction, whilst still keeping us on topic.

Dislike

From the standpoint of dislikes, there were not many standouts. It really was well above average training. One thing I disliked was our inability to share the presented content with the small number of colleagues who were unable to attend the event.

It's A LOT of information and proprietary lingo (OCP, Drop the rope, watch your six, activate the RAS, etc...) that can feel like drinking from the fire hose at times. We have also had some technical issues with the Saleshood training platform which has resulted in the team not using the tool as much as we want.

Dislike

Only issue, i think, was an internal one, where we were not briefed quite as clearly before the session. But the Aslan team solved that.

    Overall I found the ASLAN sales training to be very beneficial for our sales team. Our facilitator was fantastic at engaging everyone throughout the sessions and the content was relevant to our day to day roles. I really appreciated that this wasn't your typical "death by PowerPoint" style training, it was practical and he ensured everyone remained engaged and encouraged to participate. The training was delivered virtually, however this didn't detract from the learnings or engagement. The post training portal is also a valuable resource to reinforce and revisit the learnings.
