I love the other-centered approach to selling and definitely see how it helps us position ourselves as trusted partners to our customers.
The ability to customize the program, the content and interactive delivery of the sessions, the ability to allow the session to move in its own direction, whilst still keeping us on topic.
I liked the variety and uniqueness of the techniques / principles that were taught.
It's A LOT of information and proprietary lingo (OCP, Drop the rope, watch your six, activate the RAS, etc...) that can feel like drinking from the fire hose at times. We have also had some technical issues with the Saleshood training platform which has resulted in the team not using the tool as much as we want.
Only issue, i think, was an internal one, where we were not briefed quite as clearly before the session. But the Aslan team solved that.
