What stands out the most is the strong focus on customer-centric selling and value-based conversations. The frameworks and tools provided are easy to understand and apply, especially in complex sales environments. The emphasis on asking the right questions and building meaningful client relationships is particularly valuable.
I like how it makes you think outside of the box when working with opportunities.
I like how it was fast paced and on topic training. It wasn't just normal textbook sales 101, but real tools to use, conversations, and it was fun. Sales is fun and this class was that, but also transferable to daily occurrences.
At times, the pace of the sessions can feel a bit dense, especially when covering multiple frameworks in a short period. Some modules could benefit from additional time for practice and reinforcement to ensure deeper absorption of the concepts.
I do not like the extra paperwork, I feel like this is blue sheets all over again it is hard enough to maintain SFDC.
The only thing I find I find difficult is online training. I truly thrive off in-person or virtual meeting situations. This may not be a problem for others, but to me personable coaching is key. I also didn't like that there was no conversation about what happens outside of the business meeting. It would be helpful to have more guidance on business dinners, events, and after-hours interactions. Maybe even an etiquette dinner class to really elevate the full experience and understand how to conduct yourself professionally from start to finish.
