Tech support is awesome and very responsive.
Upgrading to newer versions or evaluating updates when we already have certain processes customized is an area I am finding challenging. From an administrator/super user perspective, I found it difficult to locate documentation to become knowledgeable on the setup and how to customize/use the software the most effectively.
There is a bit of a learning curve for new administrators.

Surveys are also a great tool for proving negatives in NERC compliance as it shows a periodic review as some assurance you addressed the requirement.
