It helped me a lot with managing compliance in IT infrastructure, whether it is GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA or any other compliance or hardening, it helped me a lot in achieving it. Overall, the user interface as well as the reporting tool, everything is well managed and robust to achieve proper compliance and maintain it. However, integrating it with different IT products that too from different vendors can be challenging but the final result is much more useful and seamless in every prospect.

Convercent has been a game changer for the management of our compliance and ethics hotline. It provides a completely anonymous system for all of our employees to report anything they feel it happening within the Company that should not be.
