The platform meets all out requirements. It makes managing an ethics and compliance program easier. We have issues arising from the original bespoke architecture that was implemented, which means we can't evolve the platform to meet our changing needs as a company. The analytics are not where I would like them to be. I would hope we could get more insights from the data.
