Ease of use to enter in case facts, notes and findings and then be able to use reports and search features. Storage all in one place.
One-stop-shop to keep all your case related information. We store all documents, case notes, emails and other artifacts within the platform. It makes case management much easier.
That is makes it easy to report unethical situations in a safe manner
Some minor technical features are missing. Ex. the responsible HR Rep name in the dashboard column for easy access to my disciplinary records.
Very difficult to make changes to templates and the format of reports. Running analytics is time consuming and unnecessarily challenging to create new bespoke reports. The search function is limited and produces many false positives.
Length of time to receive an update. You are told to check back after 10 business days for an update or to possibly answer followup questions but it generally takes quite a bit longer than that. Understanding that issues have to be appropriately followed up on first makes taking a long time make sense but even an update to that nature would be helpful
