1. Easy to use which makes it user friendly. 2. Easily integrated with the AA360 COE Manager product to give better insights. 3. The out-of-the-box dashboard capabilities are quite useful.

The resource intensity on client machines during the discovery phase can be high. Also, the noise filtering (separating actual work from idle time or unrelated tasks) could be more intuitive to avoid cluttered process maps.

I can't think of any dislikes for this product.
