The outcome of the insights was incredible, we are just in the process of getting a new CRM and the insights that were presented to us have made us review our requirements for the new CRM, and will make our working day much more efficient therefore freeing up more time in manual hours.
Ability to assess business processes without time consuming manual effort. In depth analysis of processes with effort times, systems, switches, capacity etc. Professional services team is amazing and a great guide whether it is for a PoC or a long term engagement.

It was a lengthy process, however this was not the fault of Scout but more my team did not record enough processes. I was unsure what the main purpose of Scout was and was under the impression it was a software that was going to be installed onto our systems, so clarity at the start would have helped.
The assessment outputs could be pre-templated so the outputs could flow directly to the respective analytics tool i.e. Qlickview or PowerBI
