It simply does what's its required to do. No finicky bugs...

Sometimes it's more time consuming to make it look the way we want. It's easy to learn as well as hard if you know what i mean. If the support ticket is escalated to the next level it will take some time to respond.

    Autotask is very good. It's like a very vast product and a steep learning curve to set up. But all of those are very visual. There is a lot of things Autotask can do but I think we only use 1% of it but even that is really good. Too many options to configure.
