Rocketlane helped our team bring order to the onboarding work that was earlier tracked across emails and shared sheets. Having a single place to assign ownership, follow timelines and keep customers in the loop reduced back and forth and missed handoffs. It took a little time to settle on the right workflow, but once that was done day to day execution became easier to manage.

We purchased the product Rocketlane because of its ability to integrate with HubSpot and Quickbooks Online. The contract was signed in July 2025 and we are in December 2025 and we are still not using the product because the integrations are still not complete. The team we are working with to accomplish the integration has been dedicated, knowledgeable, and responsive. They seem to be out of their element in this real business situations. Cultural and communication differences between the U.S. and India are also contributing to the issues.
