What I like most is the clarity it brings to onboarding activities. Tasks, owners and timelines are visible in one workspace which makes coordination smoother for both internal teams and customers. It also encourages a consistent way of running onboarding instead of reinventing the process of every new project.
We have not used it yet, but I can tell you what I don't like....it is not performing as advertised and sold.
The product has been able to flexibly support our needs for customer onboarding and ongoing support. I've also enjoyed the reporting and dashboard mechanisms to help steer project management.
Some setup decisions need to be thought through early, otherwise teams may need to revisit them later. A few features are not immediately obvious for new users and more guided examples for different onboarding scenarios would help speed up adoption.

Although our onboarding consultant was incredibly helpful and attentive, there is so much to learn. We weren't able to really iterate on our initial setup until year two of using the service.
