1) The developer velocity - there's so many features continuously being shipped, with the Product team really listening to customers' needs and feedback. 2) Our implementation manager, Shyam, was incredibly supportive throughout onboarding and understood the urgency of our project. He helped maintain momentum, kept us on track, sharing best practices along the way. 3) The UX - it's intuitive and easy, meaning I've been able to maintain most of it in our aftercare, without any Engineering input (making it really fast to make adjustments)
We have not used it yet, but I can tell you what I don't like....it is not performing as advertised and sold.
What I like most is the clarity it brings to onboarding activities. Tasks, owners and timelines are visible in one workspace which makes coordination smoother for both internal teams and customers. It also encourages a consistent way of running onboarding instead of reinventing the process of every new project.
1) As it's still a scaling company, you cannot expect the Services Delivery of a mature organisation - which is fine. This means I sometimes wish the CSM we have would push us more into understanding the art of the possible based on our use case that I perhaps haven't considered 2) Time-zone differences have sometimes been an issue (i.e. if I wanted to meet our CSM at short notice, as I felt bad requesting a meeting outside their working hours), but this is now going to be resolved as they are opening up an EMEA office in London 3) When thinking about optimisation, I'd love for our Rocketlane CS team to keep us more accountable to drive change in our organisation (to also leverage the product features they continuously release, so we can also realise a higher ROI from our investment in their tooling/platform)
I don't know yet, our company has yet to use it while having paid for it for 5 months
Some setup decisions need to be thought through early, otherwise teams may need to revisit them later. A few features are not immediately obvious for new users and more guided examples for different onboarding scenarios would help speed up adoption.

Ongoing Delay In Rocketlane Integration Preventing Full Adoption Since Contract Signing
We purchased the product Rocketlane because of its ability to integrate with HubSpot and Quickbooks Online. The contract was signed in July 2025 and we are in December 2025 and we are still not using the product because the integrations are still not complete. The team we are working with to accomplish the integration has been dedicated, knowledgeable, and responsive. They seem to be out of their element in this real business situations. Overall, the product and people are great. I think the product is complicated to learn and there are some work arounds you have to do but it is a highly customized product that can work for you if you get it set up correctly.
