“Smartsheet is a Problem-Solver's Playground but Shifting Executive Priorities Pose a Concern”
Smartsheet is easily one of my favorite platforms. It has so much flexibility - there are a LOT of different things you can do with Smartsheet, and absolutely everything can be customized to fit your needs. The Smartsheet Community makes Smartsheet stand out from its competitors - a phenomenal community that has amazing resources and helps each other to learn and grow. The only reason the review lost a star is the obvious change in executive focus - where the main focus used to be customer experience (and you could FEEL it), the shift is to make as much money as possible and push AI. It's changed customer service, and not for the better.

See Full DiscussionAzure DevOps has decent connectivity with Microsoft365. While it's not designed for waterfall, there's nothing that prevents you from using it that way. There's a plethora of plugins and customizations that may help you do what you want. I agree with Pranay below, there may not be one single provider that can check all the boxes.

Enterprise PPMs are about Portfolio management (Governance, Resourcing, Financials, Budgets, ROI, Benefit realization) and Project Delivery (Scheduling, Risks, Status etc).
Its best to work out what your PPM requirements are before looking at tools

Privacy and Collaboration Praised, But Add-Ons and Costs Present Significant Hurdles
Staff have always been helpful and provided great customer service. The privacy that the product allows makes it a great asset to HR.
