The product set gives the ability to share knowledge to multiple department requirements, and with the ability to link outside services and more robust solution is possible without moving to another.

Like

What stand out the most is the ticketing and workflow automation. It saves us from alot of manual follow ups and improves response and resolution time. The reporting and dashboard gives good visibility into perfromance and workload. Another big plus is the integration with other tools like Remote Management systems, which makes it easier to run everything from one platform. Lastly, the ability to customize workflows to fir our process has been a strong advantage.

Ease of use following initial setup, simple maintenance and integration with documentation services such as IT Glue.

The technology works like an older solution. it is very locked in its original construction and not user friendly to newcomers

While the platform is very powerful, there are a few areas that can be improved. First, the interface feels a little dated and overwhelming, especially for new users. Second, reporting can be a bit complex to customize if you do not already know how the system works. Lastly, the mobile experience is limited compared to the desktop version which sometimes makes it harder for technicians on the go

    Our overall experience with ConnectWise PSA has been very positive and promising. It has streamlined the way we manage tickets, projects and client communication. The platform helps us stay organized and ensures nothing slips through cracks. While there is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, once the team got used to it, it became very easier to manage daily operations. The automation features and integrations with other tools have been especially helpful in saving time.

    ConnectWise PSA - easy to learn, hard to master.

    ConnectWise's PSA is a powerful tool, no doubt about that, but it is, however, difficult to master. Initial setup will take a while to get all the customer details entered and correctly linked together and your various fields created, along with options such as Boards, Statuses, Types, Subtypes and Items, but once these are created the software is very usable.
