Autotask PSA Likes & Dislikes
The ability to be simple or thorough in documentation and still have connections established.
It simply does what's its required to do. No finicky bugs...
Customisable, SSO, Ticketing customisations
Training is free only for a limited time.
It would be great if it had a form of instant messaging with end users.
Sometimes it's more time consuming to make it look the way we want. It's easy to learn as well as hard if you know what i mean. If the support ticket is escalated to the next level it will take some time to respond.

The Versatility of Autotask: A Comprehensive Overview
Autotask is very good. It's like a very vast product and a steep learning curve to set up. But all of those are very visual. There is a lot of things Autotask can do but I think we only use 1% of it but even that is really good. Too many options to configure. - MANAGER, PROJECT MANAGEMENT50M-1B USDIT ServicesReview Source
