What I like most about AvePoint's products and services is the combination of the easy start and the amount of functionality they provide.

Really poor reporting. I had to write some code to leverage their API to get the reports I need. No synthetic full backups. Backups rely on incrementals/differentials periodic fulls, which can take days for large Azure storage accounts. The support teams don't know enough about the product and are reluctant to escalate to someone who does. Would be great to have a really competent TAM allocated, particularly when implementing.

I am using AvePoint's Elements and Fly Server solutions and am very happy with the performance. Both products are intuitive and integrate perfectly into our existing processes. We also had two on-site training sessions, which were very good organized, the trainers were very helpfull and addressed all our questions, making the onboarding process smooth and effective.
