I like most about Druva Data Security Cloud is its fully cloud-native architecture, which eliminates the need for managing on-premises backup infrastructure and significantly reduces operational overhead. The Platform offers centralized management across endpoints, servers and cloud applications, making it easy to monitor and control backups from a single dashboard. Its fast and reliable backup and recovery capabilities ensure minimal downtime and strong business continuity. Overall good service and support.
The ransomware recovery feature which helped us to recover the data from clean snapshots averted the data loss and downtime
One of the key strengths is its centralized management console, which provides excellent visibility and control across endpoints & cloud workloads. The interface is intuitive, making it easy for administrators to manage backups, monitor jobs & perform restores efficiently.
While Druva Data Security Cloud is a robust and reliable platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup and configuration for certain environments can be complex and may require additional time & expertise. Additionally, the reporting and customization capabilities are somewhat limited when it comes to generating highly specific or business-tailored insights. In some cases, restore operations for large datasets can take longer than expected, depending on the network and data size.
Dhruva's major data protection strategy is tied up closely with AWS. Unlike with other cloud vendors it offers fewer features as compared to AWS.
While our overall experience has been very good, there are a few areas where Druva Data Security Cloud could improve: 1.Restore speed for large data sets 2.Reporting & Analytics Enhancements- The reporting dashboard is useful, but more customizable & detailed reports would improve visibility for management & audits. 3.Cost Consideration- The pricing model is premium, which may be a concern for organizations with tight budgets, especially at a scale.
