The forecasts and sentiment analysis is next-level with Aviso. It helps me as a rep get really honest with myself about the status of my deals and avoid happy ears.
Dashboard and reporting. It integrates well with Salesforce. Visualization is the bread and butter, though.
Sometimes it is slow.
Integrations are a bit challenging. It requires some basic dev work, and many companies will not allow individual contributors to perform that kind of work.
Implementation takes a lot of time. Requirements have to be on point. And need better SLA.
