The platform's integration coverage and flexible query capabilities stand out. It enables our teams to quickly identify unmanaged or non-compliant devices and take action using built in automations. We have recently crafted a number of very complex workflows with the help of our TAM, which has ultimately allowed the team to free up resources and spend their time where it matters the most.
The UI and advanced query capabilities make Dashboard/Reporting a snap.
There are a few features that stood out for us the many connectors that Axonius has out-of-the-box. On top that ability to write values back to the systems where Axonius pulls it information from.
It can be somewhat difficult to get new users trained up to a level where they understand the complexity behind some queries. Also, initial deployment can take time; we had a 4 week long workshop consisting of fairly lengthy meetings. Some companies may find they don't have capacity to devote this amount of time. However, when you have a TAM that is eager and willing to devote their time to import dashboards, queries and automation actions, this is quickly mitigated.
The learning curve was a bit steep but they offer good training and great documentation.
There is certainly a leg when you are operating the platform in the US the experience is better vs outside of the US. The new UI layout has improved a little bit the ability to navigate but there are still areas of improvement that can be made, for example, the Query window drop-down is somewhat squeezed.
