Overall, I've had a positive experience. It provides a clear and organized way to manage work items, track progress and collaborate. The integration with Azure DevOps services is very good and customizable boards make it easy to create workflows for different projects.

The ability to get started with initial offers from the platform in a relatively quick time is a big advantage. The platform has been streamlined to make it more intuitive for use, reducing the learning curve.

Azure Boards makes sure I can track tasks and projects in a single place and I love the interface which is well managed and organized so its easy for me to find what I am looking for.

Some areas of the interface can feel a little cluttered and overwhelming, customization options can be time-consuming to configure and reporting features could be more intuitive and flexible.

Heavy reliance on the Azure/Microsoft Ecosystem Lack of customization capabilities for advanced use cases Inconsistent user experience across the different functionalities within the platform.

It totally depends on the internet connection which I don't like much also whenever I am navigating through different sections it can cause a bit of confusion.
