Azure DevOps Likes & Dislikes
What I like most about Azure DevOps is its end-to-end integration across the DevOps lifecycle. The tight integration between Azure repos, pipelines, boards and Test plans makes it easy to manage code, automate builds and deployments, and track work item is on place. The flexibility to integration cloud and on - prem environments, along with strong security and role - based access control, makes it suitable for enterprise- scale projects.
We are getting an all in one solution and no need to purchase different solutions for different tasks in the SDLC lifecycle.
There are a number of possibilities within the platform, the amount of information you can provide, the ways and formats you can provide it and the categorisation either by steps/departments/business units. A great environment for developing certain projects your business wishes to complete and keep a detailed track of.
One of the main drawbacks of azure Devops is its complexity, especially for first time users. Additionally, troubleshooting failed pipelines can be time - consuming because error messages are sometimes generic and lack clear guidance.
The deep integration with Azure and other Microsoft products can create a dependency, making it challenging to migrate away from the platforms. Also, troubleshooting failures in complex CI/CD pipelines can sometimes be difficult without a deep understanding.

Powerful end to end devops platform with strong CICD capabilities, but requires planning and leaning to use effectively
Overall, my experience with azure devOps has been very positive. It provides a unified platform for planning, development ci/cd and monitoring, which has significantly improved collaboration between development and operations teams. Azure boards and pipelines work reliably and integrate well with other Microsoft and third-party tools. However, the initial setup and permission management can feel complex for the new users and some advanced features have a learning curve. Once configured properly, it becomes a stable and scalable solution for managing end to end application lifecycles. - ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT50M-1B USDBankingReview Source
Seamless SDLC Experience Balanced by Migration Dependency and Troubleshooting Difficulties
We have been using ADO in our organization for more than 10 years now and it offers an end-to-end solution for the entire software development lifecycle. It is a highly integrated and scalable platform that works exceptionally well for our SDLC. Its CICD workflow works really great and can be easily integrated with other Microsoft products. However, its vast feature set can lead to a steep learning curve and complexity for smaller teams. It's a one-stop-shop, combining Agile planning and tracking, version control, CI/CD automation, and Test plans and artifacts into a single platform. - MANAGER1B-10B USDMiscellaneousReview Source
Multiple Formats and Categorisation Options Enhance Project Development and Management
Overall, Azure DevOps is a great tool to keep a nice and tidy track of developments within any kind of system within the business ERP. It works standalone, which is great, and provides absolute adaptability - as in, to enhance and keep a tidy track of all the processes outside the system - mostly, in developing a specific system. It is extremely versatile in the way it gives numerous contributors the chance to add comments/observations/solutions to 1 unified project. - IT ASSOCIATE50M-1B USDIT ServicesReview Source

Azure DevOps Combines Agile Planning and Development
Good thing about Azure DevOps is it works on both cloud as well as on-prem. Its scalable . We use to combile our Agile planning , Repository like Github into one platform.
