It's intuitive enough for somebody with minimal network admin experience (like myself) to navigate and I've experienced almost no downtime in the 3 years it's been in service.
The only downside is that the app is very structured and has less flexibility;

There isn't anything in particular that I dislike about the Peplink hardware. We don't use many of the more advanced features, but it's more than capable of delivering a reliable network to our school campus.

The most admirable aspect of Peplink's functionality was the efficient load balancing across our multi-WAN links, especially Peplink's SpeedFusion VPN Bonding & Hot Failover technologies that deliver unbreakable connectivity between our HQ office, primary DC, DR, and branches offices nationwide. This solution provided us with the most stable connectivity that we have ever had, which is a necessity on our operations. Initial setup and understanding of the product's full capabilities required some technical know-how. Nevertheless, it is so user-friendly and can be easily picked up. Prior to choosing Peplink, we looked into other vendors brands such as Sangfor, Fortinet and Juniper. We decided on Peplink was because of its unmatched SpeedFusion VPN technology (bonding + seamless failover between different WAN links, from different providers) that we could not get in other brands. The deployment of Peplink solution was so smooth that we were able to complete the migration from few old routers, consolidated into Peplink in less than one hour. The quality of post-sales support of Peplink's and the partner was high, with knowledgeable technical personnel providing solutions for all our queries.
