A lot of reliable good guys/ girls in background - especially from Bangalore Good service/ support from capable consultant knowing about the needs of customer
1. User interface can feel less intuitive in certain workflows. 2. Customization options require effort and technical support. 3. Integration with external systems can take time to configure properly.
Support SLAs are not met with our company standards/protocols.
Support via support-portal could be improved. Often answers / questions, showing lacks in understanding needs of customer, but gets better when consultant becomes integrated - in those cases team works good together from customers POV. Discussions, if its really necessary to implement new fixpacks instead of solving special problems with small and fast hotfixes.

As with any product there are always challenges, but Bamboo Rose has been a great partner in working with us through many of those challenges and partnering with us to grow the product and capabilities.
