CR2 provides a very complete omnichannel solution incorporating ATM, Digital and Branch channels. What I liked was that Bankworld includes extensive data management capabilities which allow very rich services to be delivered to end-users.

Completeness of the product vision. The mobile channel UX is very customisable. The integration between digital and physical branch channels is very important in my view - and not a common feature of other platforms.

Very fast and professional support

Speed of implementation. Best to keep the first release as 'out of the box' as possible - minimising the number of product engine integrations.

The biggest problem is customization, it is very expensive and takes a lot of time. And sometimes they were asking incredibly high prices, in order not to do this task. The other problem is that they have another company called Gsp which makes deployment of the product. When we order the Cr2 their mobile product was very weak that's why we bought mobile banking from Gsp. In the result we are using 2 different products.
