The new Next Gen platform - better customization options. The ability to work directlty with the subject matter experts at Candescent when we have a question or concern. There are enough offerings to keep community banks compete with big banks.

with being a very small digital team, it would be nice to be able to partner more with hands on assistance at times. While release notes are coming faster, not a bad thing, it is hard to determine what products may best fit our FI. Overall, products are good and our Rep is AMAZING
