It has a very good user interface. Makes it easy to use. The 2D barcodes are really neat and one of the best things they offer. I can easily make a bunch of 2D barcodes at the same time.
We are using specifically for assets tracking or management. easy to access asset due date and other critical information just one or two clicks.
Seamless integration, simple and intuitive interface, integration with Word and Excel.
Customization is limited and could have more advanced functionalities for better design and integrations. The support is slow and under trained. This is my major issue. Is a bit more expensive that it's competitors especially with the support level they offer.
Customization required as we already request for the same. also please improve your customer care service.
No real time data integration, basic documentation, limited platform capability.
