I like the ability to see utilization and also our tail spend. The integration with Okta helps us see real time login data as well as financial data against each vendor.
how friendly the better cloud to use and give a best quality and fast interaction of the tool. and theres no room to improve due application was provide a best service to us.
Development in certain areas takes a bit longer time and it kind of requires significant training and time to set up.
The lack of provisioning segmentation, it's not very customized to ensure visibility is tight per department. I also do not feel I can always trust the data and understand where it's coming from. The filter capabilities could be improved.
