The concept of the remote access product is clear and straightforward, while at the same time offering a high level of granularity for specific configuration, if needed.
The capabilities of BeyondTrust. Once we get it setup to the level we want, it will help secure our endpoints even better.
Ease of tracking start to finish session activity, with the availability of session transcripts and videos.
Regarding the vendor feature of the PRA product, vendors are thirdy-party users whow are granted controlled access to your systems for tasks such as support, maintenance, or other necessary operations. However, the management of these vendor groups cannot be associated with a PRA admin, you will need to create a dedicated vendor admin.
Training is limited. They don't happen enough. A lot are scheduled more for people in India than the US. Hard to learn. Getting support isn't as easy as other services or vendors provide.
We have multiple on premise deployments of the PRA, unfortunately there is no localized central management solution to policy deployment or updates.

I have to knock 2 stars off on the overall rating. Training, ease of use, and accessing support in an easy manner are a BIG issue. Training would be the biggest. Some key points: limited live training, live training courses are scheduled more for people in India than the US. archived recordings, web based (self paced) training. Using the console can be daunting when implementing or learning the product.
